As a QA Lead, the successful candidate will be responsible for organizing and communicating the overall direction of the QA team. In addition to leadership responsibilities, this position will be responsible for hands-on QA, creating documentation and communicating with other groups within the organization on the needs and progress of the QA effort.

• Create a quality assurance plan that motivates and organizes internal team to conduct testing and manage QA processes
• Strive to continuously identify areas that contribute to process improvement and efficiency
• Interact with development team to review and manage defects found in the QA cycle
• Remain flexible and adaptable within a fast-paced environment and rapidly changing requirements
• Provide regular reports of QA process to management and other groups within the organization

• A minimum of 5 years of QA experience
• Thorough understanding of software development and QA lifecycle
• Highly organized and possess a keen analytical and structured approach to problem solving and testing
• Solid skills in writing and implementing test plans based on business and technical requirements, writing test scripts and reviewing test scripts written by other team members
• Ability to communicate effectively to the team and coordinate overall QA process
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, problem solving and organizational skills

• Experience with website development projects
• Healthcare industry experience is a plus
