As the leader in the field of Web-centric electronic medical transplant records, our mission-critical iTransplant System directly assists dedicated medical professionals in thousands of lives being saved and improved every year through the miracle of organ, tissue and eye transplantation.
We are currently interviewing to expand our expert team with additional Product Managers. The successful candidates will be responsible for
- understanding the operational details of the organ, tissue and/or eye transplantation field
- project initiation
- scoping and design analysis
- documentation
- interfacing with the Transplant Connect Development Management Team
- participating in testing and rollout of our industry-leading iTransplant medical records solution.
In addition, you will interface directly with our clients and participate in relationship management. Our Product Managers work together to coordinate major projects, operations, sales and internal support systems. The Product Manager leads the internal and external effort to effectively plan and manage projects from the start to ensure that key business objectives are satisfied through the timely completion and delivery.

| Responsibilities: |
- Develop and Manage client relationships from final sales through scoping, design, rollout and ongoing project management
- Manage and coordinate resources from various areas within the company to successfully complete critical projects and initiatives.
- Gather business requirements and identify critical measures of success to ensure that projects are completed in a manner which successfully accomplish the business objectives.
- Develop project plans, business requirements documents and any associated documentation related to projects.
- Communicate with team members and other project managers to establish deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress of projects.
- Surface project issues and make proactive recommendations for solutions to the project team and management.
- Think “outside the box” to develop and implement processes for this rapidly growing company that serves the mission-critical fields of organ, tissue and eye transplantation.

| Qualifications: |
- 5+ years of experience in an IT project management role, prior software development experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required/MBA preferred
- Healthcare IT experience desired
- Strong experience in a lead role on large-scale technology/product development projects
- Excellent analytical skills
- Attention to detail and superior follow-through
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a variety of people: creative, technical, management, and marketing
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate complex ideas/issues
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office business applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Understanding of the organ, tissue and/or eye transplantation fields ideal
